WorkSource provides a wage subsidy
to assist Job
Seekers who require on-the-job
work experience and skills development
to become fully productive in
the workplace. The WorkSource
Program is facilitated with
a view to enriching employability
skills and enhancing sustainable
employment.
The WorkSource Team provides
on-going support and assistance
to the Employer and Employee
during the length of the contract
in order to maximize the success
of the placement.
Looking

If you are looking to fill a
full-time, on-going position
you may be eligible to receive
a wage subsidy: up to 50% of
a new employee's wages for up
to six months.

you in your efforts to enhance
your skills and secure long-term
employment or gain valuable
work experience.
Our team of professionals at
WorkSource works closely with
regional Employment
Assistance Service Providers
(EAS Agencies) and Ser
vice Canada (HRSDC
- Greater Victoria) to help
develop extensive in-house resources
and new enriched employment
opportunities for qualified
