- Structuring your business can have important implications relating to set-up and dissolution, liability, taxes, borrowing implications, employee relations, etc. This seminar will largely focus on incorporation and explain the benefits and limitations of this form of organization compared to other forms of business organizations - This is a 45 minute presentation.
